What to stock up on

Starting a new “diet” could be very overwhelming, but I want to make it easier for you! Here are items I keep in stock for my pantry, fridge and freezer for the times I don’t have time to cook and need to whip something up really quick or for when I need to grab a quick snack. This diet shouldn’t make you feel hungry all the time, so if you’re hungry or need a snack it’s best to have a Whole30 compliant snack handy so you won’t make non compliant choices. Trust me 4 weeks will fly by and you’re going to feel great!!

Below are pictures from left to right in January 2021: Evening Day 1, Morning Day 8, Morning Day 15, Morning Day 22

Throughout 2021, I drank celery juice every single morning, ran or walked at least 3 miles a day 5-6 days awake, and only ate until I was about 80% full each meal.
